The location is fantastic with helpful staff,, and my spacious room had a nice view. Breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious options. Perfectly situated for exploring nearby attractions.

While the hotel experience was largely positive, the restaurant's menu visibility left much to be desired, was good. Checking prices beforehand was a hassle.

Magnificent and amazing location, walk from all the sights, such as a museum and an amphitheater. Spotlessly clean rooms with a jacuzzi, really comfortable stay! Welcoming and amicable staff always on hand.

The staff was attentive, offering a welcome drink at check-in, and they also spoke excellent English, made communication easy. My room was clean and had a fine view of the amphitheater.

The hotel has secure parking for guest convenience.

I encountered several issues. The wifi was unreliable. I found the staff to be unprofessional when a commission fee was charged at check-out without prior notice, quite shocking. The cleanliness of the breakfast area was also disappointing, as the tables were not properly maintained, and the staff seemed inattentive.

The suite I enjoyed offered a wonderful patio and an amazing view of the amphitheater. I loved how close I was to both the amphitheater and the archaeological museum, made my weekend city strolls super easy.
